Booking guarantee:

We need your credit card details only to guarantee your booking.  Payment will be done on arrival.  In case of not responding on arrival date without performed a cancellation, the corresponding one night charge will be carried out.

Booking is guaranteed until 6pm on arrival date.

Cancellations should be performed with a minimum of 48 hours before arrival date. Otherwise, the hotel reserved its right to charge the following cancellation expenses:

•   25% of the first night, if cancelled with less than 48hrs. before arrival.
• 100% of the first night, if cancellation is not notified.

The corresponding amounts will be charged to the credit card number given by clients, proceeding to cancel the booking.

Cots are free for babies under 2 years; but must be asked for it on our "special request" field when confirming your stay.

Animals are not admitted.
